I recommend you get a new logo and a nice guest message.

Also remove these from the titles:

(?`?._.?[Guest Zone]?._.???) to [Guest Zone]

makes it look more professional

my advice:
get some members (a few hundred)
get some posts in every forum.
remove this shit: (?`?._.?[ ]?._.???)
maybe a new logo?

and then ask for a re-rate.
