Which VPS is better?

I am in need of an offshore VPS with a good reliable host for my site.
I have found WrzHOST and Shinjiru. Which do you think is better and why? e.g. support, speed, downtime etc

Between wrzhost and shinjiru,
I'd say wrzhost if you need fast connection,
for support wise I'd say shinjiru.

As for downtime, both seems to be good

Id go with Wrzhost. Speed is good, uptime is real good, and price is decent. Ive been there awhile and plan on staying.
