Thats the original site. Did you see the stuff they have written at the base ? it says you have to buy other accessories. like cpanel for 15$ and blablabla.. kind of ripping people with low price..!

I asked their support team regarding warez linking, they replied with

No we do not allow any type of warez at all. Also our servers are located in Dallas, Texas.
