hmm as far as my knowledge concerned in now days 2 star rated sites in katz like 4* Bocz In now its very tough to get 4* & 5* , Even 3 star in Katz
So this site should be sell over 100$ ..

lol, lower the minimum m8. nobody will pay $100 for a 2* site with an average of 1k daily visits and a domain that will expire in 10 days.
