Looking for partner for new project

Hi. I am looking for a partner to start up a new website. I will get domain and pay for most of hosting (depends on what kind of website). We share revenue 50/50.
I am looking to start a website in one of these categories (all offshore):

Image and/or filehosting
Warez forum or blog
DDL site
Keygen/Serial/Crack site
etc

What i need from partner is help maintaining it (dont worry, i know how to maintain sites and servers myself, but its easier when you are 2). Then you also have to do some promotion and/or advertising (im not good at this area).
