Show titles but not content?

How can i show the topics from forums to guests but when they click on a topic they will get "[#103139] You do not have permission to view this forum."?

in vBulletin you change the forum permissions for the guest usergroup

-> ACP
-> Forums Tab
-> Choose Forum
-> Permissions
-> Change permissions for whichever usergroup u want

2.
-> ACP
-> Forums Tab
-> Choose Forum
-> Edit Forum
-> Enable "Allow users who cannot see forum to view topic titles"
