Need Help Looking For A Deci- Server

I'm just here because i really need help!
I'm looking for a good and reliable Deci- Server , possibly to host in France or Hong Kong
I was gonna go with host-fresh but i don't know what types of servers they have still waiting on a email from them.

I just need a fast good server that accepts warez linking, or even may be torrents like a seed box idk but please help me
