always use original address and credit cards. they will never limit ur account. i am using paypal from 2006. no issue yet

paypal DOES verify bank details. it sends 2 small random amounts of cash to your bank account. You have to then reply with those 2 amounts from a bank statement.

he means they dont compare the name on the paypal account to the one registered under the bank account.

Even though you used different name, just edit your profile in your paypal account, then change name, street address everything to the real name ( for the one to which bank account belongs) and upload your ID and address proof.

Surely you will get money back.

i think you cannot change the last name
