DNS Problem

Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

Is the domain already on the Server/IP 217.23.1.217 thats basically what that is saying if not has it been before ? Clean the DNS Zones in whm preform a DNS Clean up

Go to WHM, find Server Configuration -> click Tweak Settings
Find:

"Allow Creation of Parked/Addon Domains that resolve to other servers (i.e. domain transfers) [This can be a major security problem. If you must have it enabled, be sure to not allow users to park common internet domains.]"

Check mark the box and Save.

Then add your domain. You can change it back or leave it, it really isn't a security issue if it is a private server.


This can be caused for many reasons, 1- your Server's DNS has not updated, the registrar has not completely updated the name servers, you are adding the domain to an account with a dedicated IP, and cpanel sees it as not a name server IP.

best thing to do is contact the host , and have them fix it ,as not to mess anything up

if you have the "root" password it should work.
if it is your VPS you should have access.
If you are on share hosting, then you probably don't have access you need to ask your web host.
