I think the best way to profit of the huge traffic warez brings would actually to create a legal site with Adsense or something alike and advertise it trought your warez site.

But the question remains again, what kind of site ?

That's very true. I have a GTA IV site with adsense on it that gets about 40 visitors a day and it makes like $6.00 a day with adsense and kontera inline ads.

Adbrite is okay for warez sites, people don't really click on banners though. You can put a banner in your footer for CPM revenue, but the best way to get clicks is to use Adbrite Inline ads. I put inline ads on my warez site and click through ratio quadrupled!
