What is the best way to create static pages on a IPB Board?

I want all the headers to be visible offcourse, the sidebar is optional, and the footer to be possible.

Permissions are void, and is not required.

Any suggestions?

IP.Content, it allows you to create pages using html, php or even bbcode but applying the ipbwrapper to the page, i.e. the forum skin will be applied to any page that you make using IP.Content. It also allows you to add modules from the forum onto the page somehow.

I tried it but didn't like the url format and couldn't figure out how to use it properly lol
