IPB 3

Ok im considering moving from vB 3.8.4 to IPB 3.0.4

I have a coder making a custom skin for IPB and it will be ready withing a few weeks, untill then i will stay with vb.

I would like to get some sites and resources about IPB

It seems IPB does not use products/plug-ins like vB but Apps? Can you guys post some links to sites i can get apps etc (nulled)

Also any tips/tricks that i should know about IPB.

Another big issue is vBSEO , the URLS when i change will no longer function (im assuming) is there any script/program/anything that can help me out with this, or am i going to have to just live with 40k threads with no link.

As for your SEO module, there's a similar one for IPB. You can find it at

IPB has Hooks and Applications. Installing mods for it is a piece of cake. Very few edits to the code itself. Unless its a really big mod.

I will PM you a tested IPB Version 3.0.5 that comes shipped with Blog and Shoutbox.

ipb is a lot better than vb these days. they seriously put much effort on their product. unlike the lazy vb team.

i can do link conversion for you from vbseo/vb to ipb for 30$
this way all old links will work and get indexed smoothly in search engines as well.
