i was using the vbulletin subscription manager for people to buy vip etc and i get this

We are hereby notifying you that, after a recent review of your account
activity, it has been determined that you are in violation of PayPal's
Acceptable Use Policy regarding payments or donations for VIP subsciptions
on your website: www.h4ckinab0x.com. Therefore, your account has been
permanently limited.

i think wtf so i call them they say i can get my funds in 6 months and asked me how old i was me being the great person that i am told them to suck a chode and F***off


my actual question is does this happen to others this seems like discrimination against hacking/warez sites...

Yeah happens quite often. I had one locked which had around 50$ and day before, after I paid for my server (thank god) they limited another but it had only 5 bucks :{
