Text Reflection Tutorial (Photoshop)

In this tutorial, you'll learn how to make mirror reflections of text/images.
Example :

Make a new image with size 500X116px

Fill it with a black background and write some text on it.
Example :


Duplicate the Text Layer & Rasterize/Flatten the layer.

Rotate the duplicated layer 180 degree & also flip it horizontally.
What I have got till now


Select the Rectangle Selection Tool and set the Feather to 10px


Select about half of the inverted/duplicated layer

Press 'DELETE' button for 2-3 times till you get a good mirror reflection.

Here's the final output.

So, you have your reflection.
You can do the same with an image.

Note : Please do not apply 'Stroke' to the layer which is to be mirrored.
