Umm, you have made improvements but there are still things that need to be worked on. IMO, you should get rid of the shoutbox because you do not have much traffic and then will leave a bad impression about your site. I see you changed the forum style but is there something else that would look good with the forum? The concept is too reminding of the 70's.

I made the shoutbox only "showable" for registered members.

About the style, I'm working on a dark version of this same style...

Make them darker when hovered over, since your template is white it looks better

The white is ugly there, either make it go to lighter or darker blue

Overall, i don't like white templates, they need a lot of work put into them if you wanna make them look cool, all due respect that isn't the case with ur site

But he is busy right now, and has no time, probably in the beggining of January...
