This is the firsy forum I administrate, so please, be honest in what I should improve...

I know what you will say, very used style...
But we have other two styles "made" by me... I just don't like them
If you want I can post screens of the styles...

First of all Site takes a little to load.

Second You already have adverts when site is hardly used.

Third You are using google ad's.

And Shoutbox dosent really look good on phpBB
Skin is overused but still will always look good
good you made your own logo looks ok
But get rid of the donate button until you have a recognised forum.

Just my advice but it looks alrite besides that.

it gets a 0/10 for template.. way overused. when i see it makes me think about w-bb and i wonder why am i here instead of there.

Thanks... Just to reply a couple of things...

The site is getting a little traffic from katz, but I still haven't started to publish it...

The google ads is just an experiment, i am using adbrite...

About the theme we're still trying to decide wether we maintain this template but with other colors or if we should just maker a completely diferent theme...

I'm not really a fan of the domain, but well, it's alright, not bad.

The layout looks very simple, similar to what Warez-BB has, and the slogan on the logo is slightly too big, I'd suggest you get that adjusted, the gap between the top panel and the board index is slightly too high. I'd suggest you move the DDL Icons / Donate button to the bottom of the page, or to the right top corner in the header area. That should bring in more neatness to the board.

As for the chatbox, move it up, it can't really be noticed all that much, that could reduce the possibilities of new members noticing it, which means reduce the possibilities of chatting through it.

Also in the section titles remove the ".::w/e::." it doesn't look professional, as in neat, also in the requests section and the listings section, remove the Warez part as it's quite obvious considering it's a warez board. Also make the guest a forum in the Announcements section, and place it below the announcements, so it's much easier for guests to go to, as not many would bother scrolling down when they see registration is required.

Umm, you have made improvements but there are still things that need to be worked on. IMO, you should get rid of the shoutbox because you do not have much traffic and then will leave a bad impression about your site. I see you changed the forum style but is there something else that would look good with the forum? The concept is too reminding of the 70's.
