You can check the Local LAN connection Ping by,
Go to start->run->cmd prompt->type ping your ipaddress or website name...
You can check the Website like Google,Yahoo etc Ping using the site Whoisxy.com i tested there and My results is

Simply go to http://www.ipfingerprints.com/ping.php site for ping test and they will give you 100% accurate info. Their algorithm of finding the condition of tcp congestion status is very best.

I have no idea why it cant measure Packet Loss, but games work really well on my internet
