Help editing a snipit

Ok i need help with editing a .tpl file and a css file.

I want this:

I have included the .tpl file with the css. If anyone could help me out. It would be great.

i think its header.tpl you need to be editing!

Its wierd for this script. Login.tpl is the header part of the script.

I've downloaded the files and checked. You'll have to upload more files. Probably index.tpl I'll just get them off you on MSN.

EDIT: and probably header.tpl too if you have one
