lol i know it sucks and im not good at graphics that much. I made it in Adobe Fireworks. Here the download link. I uploaded it to Rapidshare because you cant upload files heres:

The banner looks bad, and you need some custom GFX. The layout isn't bad but I would change a few things;

• Move requests to the "Business" category.
• The Discussion category is full of forums that could be merged. While you are starting out you should only have one discussion forum.

The skin is nice and clean but needs the GFX work done to it.

thanks for the help everyone. Ill change a few things around, but im not that good with GFX. I think pimpinjg is going to help me out .

Would you be able to make one from scratch pimpinjg? I dont really have a blank file
