bought their service and its awful! (i have tryed both - NL and DE shared servers)

my review about NL shared server(I tryed DE server months ago, but basicly same result):

server stabilty = 0 (servers oftenly overloaded and very slow)
server uptime = 0 (only two days with them and ive seen many downtimes) actually server is down atm also
supprt = 0 (it took 16 HOURS to answer ticket)
billing dept. = ? (requested refund, lets see how it goes - 7 days money back quarantee)

overall = not recommended, if you care about good stability / uptime / speed / support - dont go with them.

i got my refund, that was fast! anyhow, that was only my experience with them. probably many users have whole different experience - hopefully better than mine.

I bought shared host and request a domain transfer from altushost. My host account did not transfered yet but hosting acc was set up instant
