How can i save the sign n avys to file then database?

in ACP
Avatars -> User Picture Storage Type

create a folder and give it 777 permissions..
and define it in there

it would be more secure to have them in DB and not do a 777 right?

not exactly.
just restrict the file types in the folder that you create by restricting the file types only to images .. ( in .htaccess)
