If anyone knows where I can buy a prepaid credit card with $15-20 on it that comes with all info, let me know. I can pay by paypal.

A normal prepaid credit card is not accepted everywhere online.
To be able to use it everywhere you would need to get one of the MoneyPak prepaid credit cards and register it on phone with your SSN, address, and alot of other info then they send you an actual card that can be used by ATM. Add me on MSN: b4lbiz@live.com

Not exactly, I buy prepaid credit cards, and they can be usable anywhere, including with paypal.

VISA prepaid creditcards by VanillaVisa cannot be attached onto paypal anymore (in the US atleast).

I don't need it for paypal, I need to purchase something where they don't accept paypal.

Just buy a VISA Giftcard from your local grocerystore/supermarket.

They work as credit cards. (They don't work to add to PAYPAL anymore)

But if you need to buy something froma website with a CC, the VISA giftcards work great.
