How dangerous is it to host with US VPS?

I've hosted warez sites on a VPS with hostforweb (US based) for over 2 years, regulary getting 60,000+ uniques a month, and only once did they ask me to remove some copyright material which had been reported to them.

Unfortunatly i've had to move hosts now but thats only because my vbulletin license expired and since they now want me to pay $280 for the same software i had for $100 last year, i've decided not to pay and go offshore.

If my license was still valid, i would continue being hosted in US and probably wouldn't run into problems.

This is the answer I was hoping for.. this actually states my theory that hosting warez in the US is very possible, thank you! The only thing i fear is the nulled vBulletin, how secure is it? Do they find you easily if you use nulled scripts? What if I use only nulls of good groups like DGT and GYSN/vBTEAM (maybe with Keygen)? How high is the risk to get found? What's the probability that they find me and report me to my host?What do you think? ..maybe some personal experiences again?..Thanks very much to all of you guys!!

Yes, but 60,000 uniques a month is only 2000 a day, which is not much at all with warez sites. When you'll get bigger it will eventually be a problem (10+k/day etc.). You'll get noticed, and most likely suspended pretty fast. Why do you want to host in the US anyways? Just get a VPS in germany/netherlands.

Well, the reason why I want to host on US VPS is mainly explained in the first post.. but I just wanted to have a general overview of the situationa too, that's why thanks to everybody for the time they spent to answer my questions!
If anybody else does have closer experiences with nulled vBulletin scripts and US VPS providers, please write your situation!
