Yes It is worth it, the domain which you like won't be gone when you have money to buy hosting which is an advantage

That has a solution too, mywarezhost.org is give a real hosting account all he needs here buy a domain name because it gives paid hosting already.

the rest uses a sub domain.

You should go with them if you buy your own host.
