Can you possibly expand on the possibilities, where you plan on going, etc.. ?

ok this is a car inthusiasts website i plan on making it the center for car support i would like to have a pretty big car tutorial section already have a channel on youtube with no videos, it will have bst

im planning on lots of trafic and i would like to get ads from large companys like for rims or after market parts ex. 5zegin est. any income made from this site will be split between me the partner and my brother

This is because professional designers (those that do great designs) aren't interested in taking a cut of the profits. Who says you aren't going to get bored because the site isn't going well and they leave with $10 in their pocket for a design worth many hundreds?

"Planning" lots of traffic is one thing, but unless you have the budget and resources to get this traffic guaranteed, then these plans don't mean much. Judging by your lack of being able to pay a designer straight out, I'd say your advertising budget isn't exactly high?

So currently all you have is a domain, and an empty youtube page yet you want someone to design and build you a site from scratch (as you haven't mentioned if it's a pre-built forum like vb or ipb) and the last two designers decided to leave you. On top of this you expect to instantly get loads of traffic and money from adverts of which you'll give us a percentage of potential profits while you do what exactly?

Sounds like a brilliant business plan but I'm going to decline.
