Need help in transfer domain from namecheap

I need someone to help me hotw to transfer domain from namecheap to my godaddy acc. problem is how to choose domain and start process.

The process is pretty much the same for every registrar:

1) At Namecheap, make sure the domain is unlocked.
2) Get the EPP or AUTH code for the domain (If it has one). Contact support if you can't find it.
3) Make sure your email contacts have the correct address, you can't transfer if they aren't working.
4) Go to Godaddy and make a domain transfer request.
5) Enter in the domain, AUTH code, and pay for the transfer.
6) You will get at least one email asking you to approve the transfer, make sure you reply correctly.
7) Once your domain is transfered to Godaddy, you may not be able to transfer it away for 60 days.

log into your Namecheap account and at your Namecheap Home Page, on the right hand panel, you will see a 'More Link'. Click on 'Get EPP Code' then enter the domain name you want to transfer out and your password and it will list your EPP codes for those domain names.

1. In the Transaction ID and Security Code fields, enter the codes sent to the administrative email, and then click Next.

can you tell me what are Transaction ID and Security Code and where to find them, because i have received only EPP key in email.

does godaddy say you are transfering the domains?
if it is "initiated", sometimes you have to agree to it, or even wait 24 - 48 hours for the registrar to authorize it.
