What would your ideal file hosting site be like?

I've started creating one, but I would like some input into what you guys would like in a file hosting site.

Its going to have free/premium options, but other than that nothing much has been written in stone.

Im guessing you would like rewards for uploading - like RapidShares points?

Anything else?
