Wrzhost ( All other warez hosts too ) and DMCA Problem

Hi all i want to clear a doubt. I am currently hosting my site on wrzhost. wrzhost servers are located on hongkong.today i found that my account is suspened for hosting a screen cap of bangbros video for which the wrzhost admin got DMCA complaint.He suspened my account without giving me advanced warning. before i moved to wrzhost i was using lunarpages. they didnt done like this to me.they gave me warning and given time to remove the content (without suspending account ) .

Here is the actual doubt , weather the DMCA is applicable on hongkong too. since DMCA is on US law why hongkong people need to care it. also I am from India why should I care it.Pls clear my doubt guyz

One notice to all hosts they are offering warez hosting. if you are affraid of DMCA and messages from other big companies like adobe, bangbros,etc then why are you guyz offering warez hosting.

Most hosts, regardless of location, honor the DMCA because if they don't, it can cause themselves, their business and their customers alot of problems. Unless you have alot of money, It's not good to piss off a multi-million (or in some cases, multi-billion) dollar company.

In any case, if you run a warez/porn forum, you should always check your email used for the hosting account, and the email used on your forum daily for complaints. I'm not sure why wrzhost wouldn't give you 12-24 hours to delete the thread or post containing the complaint. Maybe they did, and you didn't check your email(s).

Anyway, this is also an issue best solved between you and wrzhost, we're not wrzhost support here.

hey ibook i am not intended to ask wrzhost support. i want to just verify that weather hosts that says warez hosting is allowed is also just saying but they are also like other hosts in US. i think it will be better to stick on US hosts becuase we will get better speed and good support all we have to do is check our mails daily for complaints and co operate with hosts to remove illegal files. even many US hosts also allows linking to warez.I think all these offshore hosts offering warez hosting is just lieing to get customers. when they get dmca and other complaints they will just delete our accounts and say good bye.

Also wrzhost never send me a message before they suspened my account. You guyz leave that . i will deal it with wrzhost

My only question is that is there any host that accepts hosting of warez with 100% user satisfaction.

I dont see why you need to listen at all to DMCA complaints. Which country could they take you to court in? It has no jurisdiction outside the USA so its useless.

hey "yais" you are saying that i dont need to care about US DMCA if I host my site on HONG KONG server. pls could you verify that it is correct. Pls if any one have the suggestion about DMCA on offshore hosting pls replay here.

well i never took any notice of dmca complaints and nor did my host...I said to him what happens if i get complaints he said just remove the item in question and u will not have any trouble afterwards ....So i did and it was fine ...That was it....

Although he also provided me with a pirated vbulletin and he never seemed to give to figs about the dmca and all that crap...
He said they have no power in hong kong unless they get the government involved which is in rare cases

I only suspended one website of you,not the whole account so you could choose to unsuspend it and delete the link.
If you don't delete it we will ask you to move as we don't like to get into trouble like ibook said.
Don't you think it's good for yourself also if you removed the link,you could risk a million dollar lawsuit.
I don't want to risk that.
I offered you a fair solution,you can unsuspend that domain through directadmin anytime so don't whine about it.
These topics are really pissing me off,please delete it mods!
