Alexa Rating vs # of Visitors

Now How does that correlate with each other, I see some sites that have a way higher alexa rank than mine (meaning my site rank is better) but they get more unique views per day.

This may seem like a stupid question but I don't know the answer. Now please do not reply with your thoughts upon the actual site alexa, just keep to the question

Alexa Ranks websites by the visitors that's visit that site that have/use the Alexa Toolbar.
They're Ranking is not exact.
Its simply an estimate.

So for example wareztrek is at a lower rank than animebayo. But my site (animebayo.com) gets lower uniques than wareztrek.

Alexa is a pretty decent indication to me.
You cannot rely solely on alexa, but if you are interested in sites that have been up for a while and to also have decent traffic.. anything under 100,000 usually show you that is guaranteed.
