suggestion use that forum software that is a mixture of vb and ipb (to be different).

I wouldn't mind teaming up but I don't know to design GFx really well but I can run forums.

Pick someone you know well and has graphics knoweldge.
Just a quick tip from a person that was once in your shoes and hired the wrong people.
