What makes these websites 4* and 5*

Hello there, First of all i am not trying to be a smart ass but this question has really started to bug me. Below this i'll post a list of websites that are 4 and 5 stars on Katz and I would like to know why these (sorry: They suck) sites are so high ranked.

Na, among the sites you mentioned, there are some good ones, indeed they are big forums but ya i agree that some forums like mazaonline and all dont deserve that..
