The ktools company is ok to sell the script/license. Here are some answers
about the procedure needed to transfer the license to new owner :

There is no fees from our end.
Once sold have the new owner visit ktools.net and create an account, and have them tell you want email they used to create the account under. Then contact us and give us permission to transfer all of this account over to that new email address. This account and all purchases under it (including all license, activation codes, addons, support time, etc..) will be transferred to new owner.
---All you have to do on our end is once you sell it, you need to contact us with the persons name that purchased it and have them come to our site and signup / create an account. Then we will transfer your store over to them.
