Problem is you can't receive money from any indian paypal users but you can get funds from other countries its RBI rule.

ok. i will try get some money from another country

but this problem started when i add another e-mail id on my paypal a/c

Try contacting Paypal and see if you can use Paypal Payflow Pro this might help!
