Your actions put consumers at risk of obtaining unlicensed software. In addition to
violating Microsoft?s intellectual property rights, your conduct also harms consumers because
unauthorized and counterfeit software may contain viruses or other malicious code. Your
infringement of Microsoft?s rights subjects you to substantial monetary damages, including
statutory damages, which may be enhanced for willful infringement. See 17 U.S.C. ?? 504(b), (c);
15 U.S.C. ? 1117.
Microsoft demands that you immediately cease all direct and/or indirect distribution of
Microsoft software via your website and that you immediately cease your facilitation of, and/or
contribution to, the unauthorized distribution of such software from other websites

Just ask them to compile a list of links where the copyright is being abused. They WILL provide you that list and just remove those downloads. Been there, done that...

Got one from paypal for phising to remove a link at my protector.
