To get recommended settings for your server try apachebuddy which is much like mysqltunner run below commands to configure it

    Using ApacheBuddy

You can download the ApacheBuddy script as follows:

    Code:
    wget https://raw.github.com/gusmaskowitz/apachebuddy.pl/master/apachebuddy.pl
In order to run it, we must make it executable:

    Code:
    chmod +x apachebuddy.pl
    Afterwards, we can run it.

    Code:
    ./apachebuddy.pl
    server1:~# ./apachebuddy.pl
Follow Board Rules & Thread Rules.

Once you got output you should update your httpd.config manually based on your recommended settings by apachebuddy

    Apache config location:
    /etc/httpd.config
