Blog post can be published in multiple categories?

I have posted this question in some other forums as well but haven't received any satisfied answer.Is there any one out there who can help me out.

You could always tag the blog post with multiple tags, such as 'webmaster, blogging tips, general'. And, in that way, the post would appear in multiple searches. Though it would only be published once on your blog.
