If you are experiencing any connectivity issue, it is advisable to clear your browser's cache. This article outlines how this is done in Internet Exporer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. We would also recommend that you clear your DNS cache too.

  • Internet Explorer 7

    Click Tools > General. Click Delete Files. Click the checkbox next to Delete all offline content. Click OK.>


  • Internet Explorer 8

    Click Tools > Delete Browsing History > Select Temporary Browsing History. Click the Delete button near the bottom of the window.
  • Safari

    Go to Safari > Empty Cache. Click Empty in the window that opens.
  • Firefox

    Click Tools > Clear Private Data or Tools > Clear Recent History. Choose the items you wish to clear and then click Clear Private Data Now or Clear Now.
  • Chrome

    Click on the Tools menu (wrench in the upper right hand corner) and select Options. On the Under the Hood tab, click Clear Browsing Data. Select the Empty the Cache check box. You can also choose the period of time you wish to delete cached information using the Clear data from this period dropdown menu. Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
