This is quite simple to fix:

In Outlook:-



  • Go to Accounts > Properties > Servers
  • Then check the box that says

    "My server requires authentication"
  • Click Settings
  • Type in your username and password
  • Hit OK
  • OK again
  • Restart Outlook
