I have my own site and i need whether i can upload Film songs and allow peoples to download the songs freely?

Is there is any copywrite issues is there? I found many sites are doing likethis is this is legally correct.

Unless you created the songs or have permission from the artist who created them, you won't be able to upload songs to your site for sharing. This could result in lawsuits or fines being levied against you for copyright infringement.
