I creating DLE forum named OTE Downloads (otedownloads.com - but domain not active yet, for 24-48 hours)

I am weak in dealing with graphics, so I need someone to help me in the preparation of the logo (FOR FREE)!


This is the original logo from the template (for dimension and background color)


If it is possible that OTE letters are blue, just like at a OTEUpload (font is not essential)!


And if it is possible to write in logo Download All You Want!
