Planning to start a new classified site?

I am planning to start a new classified site. I am kinda confused which platform i should use. My first priority is blogger, using wordpress is also not problem for me.

Now I need expert advise, which one i should choose for classified site?
Please suggest me something based on the accessibility, traffic monetization and all other stuffs you better know.

Go with idea of no registration form of user .many users leaves the site because they have to waste time for registration but u can implement the no registration form facility.
