If you're using a prepaid MasterCard, You would need to visit http://www.mastercard.us/securecode.html an setup the secured code this mainly depends on the credit card company that issued your prepaid card.

I already did that and now where I put that secure code in paypal.

If u are verifying your paypal then paypal cuts some amount from credit card and it refunds later
and the code it asks is the code in the statement of the cc
it would be something like

PP*(Code number)CODE

Well The Security Codes aren't needed in paypal

First add your debit card / credit card to the paypal account

They Will Charge your CC/DC with a specific amount and it will show up in your credit card statement or bank statement like this

REF PP*xxxxCODE --> The xxxx marks the expuse code which you have to enter to verify the card.

After Verification within few days your money which was charged to verify your card would be refunded to your paypal account
