I need a Windows VPS, location has to be USA.

RAM should be something from 512 mb to 1 gb. 30-50GB HDD will work with a decent processor.

I will be expecting a good speed, but I will not be using to upload or anything like that, but just to test some windows programs for my school assignments, so it has to be decent.

Burstnet does not really have a very good customer service or support. A few good companies are vps.net or tmzvps.com
