USA based Windows VPS.
I need a Windows VPS, location has to be USA.
RAM should be something from 512 mb to 1 gb. 30-50GB HDD will work with a decent processor.
I will be expecting a good speed, but I will not be using to upload or anything like that, but just to test some windows programs for my school assignments, so it has to be decent.
Looking forward to the suggestions.

I can suggest these:
reseller is running a nice promo http://www.resellerchoice.com/VirtualServers-Hyper-V/Windows_Virtual_Server_Hosting.aspx
Also take a look at yoku http://www.yokuhosting.com
I would also suggest to look for providers running hyper-v if you want torun windows.
Good luck on your hunt.
