Does any 1 know Dualrack.com? Now they change domain to hostnit.com

Last year i bought .tv domain from them, and now i want transfer it to namecheap. But so sad they delete my account on thier system and my support ticket are deleted too.



Now my domain transfer status is stuck, they still not approve email verification for transfer.

Transfer in progress for watch-it.tv. Transfer approval email was sent to the admin contact, please approve the transfer.
