It will get sorted, so please do go ahead and post a thorough reply. I'd like to read what you have to say. This section was made for a reason and that reason being to improve KWWHunction and to suggest things that would make KWWHunction a nicer and welcoming home (the section can also be used for criticism - to an extent).

budgetvds.com hilohost.com wdispatch.comI agree with with Messiah I've seen more and more threads for money exchanging also popping up more and more on a daily now. For an example there was an introduction post that wasn't even an introduction mainly someone advertising there site, I reported the post the thread stayed there for 3 days an the introducing section.
There no point of using the Report Button cvrle77, If moderators aren't going to handled the reports. Lastime, I used the report button I got banned for reporting a threatening PM that was directed at me.
Hawk, has messiah said we hear that everytime it's going to get sorted but it never does get sorted.

Well pin-pointing members is the first worst thing you can do. They are also normal people like us. I do accept that some threads are ignored and taken care of very lately. But there are things which you must accept. Nothing can be done really. (unless there are 100 mods lol )

Members of staff are not online 24 hours a day. We have members of staff who maybe busy at certain times of the year, not everyone can be available throughout the year.
Reports are handled on a daily basis and generally reports that require in-depth analysis requires more time in which then other reports maybe left for other staff (that may not be online at the time) hence why you may have seen the exchange threads for a few hours but they're gone now.
As for introductions, if members introduce themselves and state "I own this site", "I run this site", "Have a look at my site"; I wouldn't necessarily say it's deliberate advertising. One must show what they have done or are doing when introducing themselves (not necessarily everyone) but people like to show what they've done; they put a lot of hard work into developing their sites.
Rarely, we have reports that are unanswered this can be due to the fact that there isn't actually anything wrong with the thread thus the thread would remain visible to members and not closed. This is not deliberately done by members of staff, everyone looks into reports and we share our opinions on certain reports.
As cvrle77 suggested, the simplest way of reporting an issue is to report the thread/post/PM. Members can ask the member of staff that infracted them to explain why they did (if the infraction message isn't clear enough).
We do our best to take on board what our members say; we've done most things that members asked for so please do not state that things don't get sorted. It may take time, but they are addressed to and amendments (if required) are made. Our members of staff do a great job, you were once a moderator robert420 so you should understand what we do.
Thanks

Best advice would be: cooperate with us, if you think of yourself that you are decent member of this forum.
Don't make more mess for us, and then complaint how things don't work the way you imagine it should work.
We have priorities, and sorting topics in proper parts of forum is something that users should take care of first. That is why it comes last on our list of to-do tasks. Specially if they don't get reported in the first place.

My post was a small joke. Not every post has to be 100% serious and to the point or be deleted. If I posted about rainbows and perogies here, I can understand that being deleted, but not the simple one I made. Don't get too carried away with clicking delete.
Anyway, being staff is unpaid. Don't expect the best of everything. Most members of staff have a offline life, websites to run, friends and family. They do not give 100% of their time here. If a report sits for a couple days, so? The big ones are always dealt with.

rukidding.org thetechnews.orgWell Hawk that was a big ass reply
Personally my opinion here would be yes we are webmasters we have been running our sites or managing someone else's websites.
we personally have seen many ups and downs on the sites. It takes a lot of effort to manage a website.
Agreed some reports / threads aren't handle but you should take into consideration there are other reports also along with the threads/reports which aren't delt with.
For Example der are scam reports / cvv posts / fucking bots etc etc which need dealing first then the small threads which needs movement from one forum to the another
The Best we can expect is the users to report the thread which they feel are inappropriate sooner or later the thing would be handled .
And as Jesse said they aren't being paid . Managing this site is not der full time job or anything.
They come around at der respected ease of time handle the report and leave. We can't just juice them out completely
Thats wht my experience says......
