Hey,

It doesn't look bad, but would look a lot better if the design were more consistent.
Take for example the ?Easy Purchase Steps!? block. It looks cool, but you used three different font sizes on the white text and all the items' (1,2,3,4) vertical alignment is different.

More stuff I noticed:
? You don't seem to have a favicon
? Leasing and exclusive rights rollover feel a bit clumsy
? On some blocks, it seems like they have some transparency, unless you hover them. It makes everything a bit dull, I think
? Your transitions on :hover are 1 second long. That's way too much, man

Oh! and please, turn the autoplay off! It causes 456TB of rage when you're listening to Justin Bieber's lastest single like a boss and a second song messes up your happy times.
