just register , and upload your pics to it , then post it on your site ore others forums....

Depends on what kind of pics you wanna post.

Also, I'm pretty sure most people who use pic hosts like this are using it for thumbs of movies.

Or they use it to post porn. But most people would have their own site/blog to post from in additional to posting to forums as a way to promote their own site.

If you really want to make serious money, the approach you should do is by investing in a small site of your own. Since you host all the pics elsewhere, the site should generate minimum of bandwidth and should cost less than $10/year. When your site get more traffic, you just upgrade your hosting package according to the increased bandwidth.
