I am searching for motivated individuals who are skilled, knowledged in the warez, torrent & streaming scenes and have the time, energy and perhaps financial means to create something exceptional (potential partners would only be required to invest).

What's required to turn the vision into reality (in no particular order).

Graphic Designers - Must be proficient in PS. Any college students studying, or individuals who do this on a daily basis only. Need someone who can make graphics that stand out and catch the eye.

Partners - A Trio, myself and two others would be required. Together we will invest and reap the rewards of our investments. The individuals required to fill the partnership spot, must be innovators and have the ability to partake in discussions related to the "vision".

Programmers - To create unique completely customizable script or scripts. Seeking true programmers who have real knowledge in their field.

Advisors - Individuals who have experience in the scene(s) and would like to be affiliated with the movement.

Security - Self explanatory. Server specialists, but most importantly anyone out there who is in a group that plays around out there if you know what I mean. Our security team needs to be professional, yet vicious when necessary.

This idea will encompass multiple scenes.

For individuals interested, please feel free to reply to this thread or PM in secret. Be sure to detail the reason you are interested and the particular set or sets of skills that you posses.

This is a job for highly skilled people. However, with that being said, visionaries are welcome. I am looking to form a council of closely nit individuals who can collaborate with me and one another. Together we can push our ideas to the next level. Together, we can achieve anything.

I apologize for being so vague as to what exactly it is that you will be applying for, I will not go too much further indepth with anyone until the time is appropriate. With that being said, it is my intention to make this a legit business by incorporating our creation and having the newly appointed partners sign into binding contracts. We will be held legally responsible for our individual responsibilities in this operation. This will be a highly sophisticated movement that could result in high profits. This is a relatively low investment opportunity.

Individuals seeking positions other than partnership can expect to be compensated by $$$ in regards to their work.

Let me get this straight. You need highly skilled people? but what do you give in return ? A highly skilled person would probably keep him busy using his skills. So you need to offer a good trait so that the highly skilled person would be mesmerized by your offer and can concentrate on your "empire".

You can find many GFXers, Coders, Community Evangelists, etc. but not the best of them. As the best would be probably busy in their own world.

The idea encompasses many scenes, but just because it does, doesn't necessarily make it illegal.. There are ways to associate ones self within scenes without crossing the red line.

As far as my capabilities and credibility is concerned, it should be self evident. I am not revealing too much for a purpose.

Individuals who are actively interested in what I am trying to do can continue to contact me (several of you already have). I will continue speaking with you directly on a one on one level and you will get to know me, as I get to know you.

Building an Empire, which is what exactly I plan on doing, will take the right amount of people, with the right skills in each area. As far as money is concerned and investing purposes, that's still some time away. I'm not going to appoint these two investors and co-owners for sometime. That's not how it works. We need active, participating owners who share the same vision and are willing to take this seriously and treat it like a business (because that's essentially what it will be). Finding these kind o people is few and far between.

There is no rush, I plan on releasing this to the public by the summer of 2013 in full force. With an efficient team on board, and owners who want to be the big dog.

If you want to know more information by simply reading this thread, and asking me of my capabilities, then your not interested in being part of an Empire. I posses impeccable skills. Skills that are hard to find in most. I've been to the top before, and intend to do so again.

It sounds like a lot of people will be scammed on the way. Come and work for the great cause and you will be paid... eventually.

If you possess impeccable skills - why build a team? Also, why get into warez? There are other possibilities that you could try out and get better returns!

You mistake what I am saying. The highest level individuals being the investors and essentially co-owners will be bound into a contract. There are different tiers and levels of investing that will be taking place. The hiring level which is responsible for individuals who are going to be doing the Graphics and Programming. I intend to pay all the way up through launch date. That means my money for the entire creation of the site. The co-owners and future additional investors that I choose will then become official partners of a business via contract. From that point on they will need to invest a matching percentage that will be determined for advertising, promotions and overhead (servers, etc).

There is no possibility for anyone to be scammed - there is a lot of potential here.

As far as why make a "warez" site. It's not a "warez" site, but will encompass warez as well as multiple other scenes and I intend on giving it it's own name. It will not be branded "Warez" however.

This is something that does not exist currently and never has.
