I introduce Uptobox, although I'm not the owner because it offers quality service for a few years.
Good download speed even for free users (1MB/s). Servers are located in France using Illiad / Free & OVH networks.

I use and is very good upload and download,
the bad thing is its points system
I have Total 6834 downloads = 1.232 points Uptobox *
their rules say * 1 point = 2000 Uptobox downloads.

Indeed, the site is still in beta and has some bugs... :/
